If the user forgets his password, a new one will be provided, upon prior request, and sent to the informed e-mail account. The user is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his passwords and any information in his account. We will not ask for the personal password under any circumstances, either by email or telephone.

The user can view and update some of his personal data and preferences through the “My Account” area on our platform. 

 

Deletion of accounts and personal data​
