If the user forgets his password, a new one will be provided, upon prior request, and sent to the informed e-mail account. We will not ask for the personal password under any circumstances, either by email or telephone.

In addition, the user can send requests or complaints about the processing of their personal data directly to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The user can view and update some of his personal data and preferences through the “My Account” area on our platform. 

 

Deletion of accounts and personal data

Certain information is required to provide the services, so we can only delete this information after we delete your account. When deleting your account, it will be permanently deleted upon request, except for the cases of mandatory record keeping provided for by law or regulation.
