Cancellation and Refund Policy

All our customers have the guarantee that if they do not like our service, for whatever reason, they can request a refund within a period of up to seven days after completing the subscription, as guaranteed by art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

If the consumer exercises the right of repentance provided for in this article, the amounts eventually paid, to any package, during the mentioned period, will be returned in full.

Therefore, we recommend that all our subscribers pay attention to the deadline, because if you miss the cancellation deadline, we will not refund you.
